Greetings from the Adjudicated Events Committee! The start of our 2026 AE season is just around the corner, so please take a look at the information below and stay up-to-date!

Reminders:

Registrations are now due on the Wednesday four and a half weeks prior to the event by 5:00 PM!
The deadline for Out of District requests for JH Orchestra/Choir/Band LG is March 1st, unless your District combines JH Large Group with the HS LG event.
The deadline for Out of Region requests for state Choir/Band LG is March 16th.

Adjudicated Event Adjudicator Training Sessions at the 2026 PDC:

There are multiple sessions for Solo and Ensemble and Large Group adjudicators (or prospective adjudicators) that count as adjudicator re-fresher training:

Thursday, 11:00: WW S&E Adjudication Training/Refresher
Thursday, 3:30: Orchestra S&E Training/Refresher
Friday, 9:30: Percussion S&E Adjudication Training/Refresher
Friday, 11:00: Choral S&E Adjudication Training/Refresher
Saturday, 8:00am: Choral LG Adjudication Training/Refresher
Saturday, 8:00am: Orchestra LG Adjudication Training/Refresher
